They opened an internal investigation into four officials of the Bolivarian National Police who entered the facilities of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) allegedly without authorization from its authorities.
The agents are assigned to the Directorate of Strategic and Tactical Actions of the aforementioned citizen security body, who were trying to arrest two people who fled towards the Faculty of Engineering of the UCV.
In the midst of this chase, the uniformed men entered the university and reached the entrance of the Faculty of Engineering where they prevented him from advancing, according to witnesses.
From other sources we learned that the police entered the university campus with the consent of the guards. As a result of this situation, the officials were summoned to the Inspectorate for the Control of Police Functions where they were informed about the opening of an internal procedure.
