They instruct to strengthen police operations

The Minister for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, gave precise instructions for each of the directorates and services of the Bolivarian National Police Corps, aimed at strengthening the operability and commitment of police officials with the security of the Venezuelan people. For this reason, the general commander of the Polinacional, Brigadier General Rubén Santiago, began a series of meetings with the directorates of that citizen security body, considering first of all one of the most important such as the Directorate of Land Transit.

Commanders, national and state heads of the service participated in this meeting, says a report posted on the PNB’s Instagram account. Among the most important points that Commander Santiago delved into, the ongoing training through courses and specializations of the officials assigned to Transit stands out. In addition to the need to lead this direction with the heart, have maximum situational awareness to help and guide the people.

“@transitocpnb_ is a doctrinal unit, a specialized unit, a technical surveillance and transit body, to support citizens,” concluded the head of the Polinacional.

For his part, the second commander of the PNB, Commissioner Miguel Domínguez, expressed during his speech the importance of studying cognitive warfare and knowing the risks we face due to unconventional attacks.

Likewise, Domínguez emphasized “the great challenge we have as a police force to say mission accomplished is when we get the people to love us, accept us and trust their officials. It is a titanic job but not impossible.” To achieve this, Domínguez highlighted the need to speak with the staff, the meeting with the troops and the commitment of each man and woman of the Cpnb to do things well.

And precisely this December 1st, World Seat Belt Day was celebrated, as a date to raise awareness about the importance of this safety device. “The seat belt is a mandatory safety mechanism for transport vehicles,” says a PNB publication where several audiovisual pieces prepared by uniformed personnel assigned to the Transit Directorate were also broadcast.

“By fastening it, we protect our present and ensure the hug of our children, the laughter shared with the family, the conversation with friends. On each trip we value the most important thing: staying alive to continue sharing,” reads another writing posted on the PNB’s Instagram, which indicates that the agents were deployed throughout the country raising awareness about the use of the seat belt. “Wearing your seat belt is your promise to return home,” the PNB stressed.

They warn about mind hacking

“Cognitive warfare uses elements of information warfare to hack the human mind; this has been achieved thanks to new technologies that deeply study behavior,” explained the Minister of Information, Freddy Ñáñez, during his participation in the program At the rhythm of security, moderated by General Rubén Santiago and broadcast weekly on the Ministry of the Interior’s radio station.

“We are at the mercy of the big owners of the media and social networks. That is why it is extremely important to have our ideologies clear, train and educate ourselves to confront these manipulation attempts,” added the sector vice president of Communication.
