The Inspector General of Courts, Gladys Requena, installed the General Staff of the auxiliary body, in order to advance in new formulas that optimize the procedures around complaints and claims against judges, according to an institutional press release review.
The highest authority, during the meeting with the representatives of the Substantive Areas of the Province, asked the board to prepare a work plan to be executed in the next semester of this 2022.
“We are experiencing a stage of rebirth in the General Inspectorate of Courts,” said the senior official.
The inspector indicated that the General Staff of the institution will meet every 15 days, in order to take stock, exchanges, proposals and follow-up of the plans that allow progress in the management framed in the optimization of the attention of the defendants.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the General Coordination of the auxiliary body, the Inspection and Surveillance Coordination, the Complaints Coordination and the Office of Citizen Services.
