The Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the province Duarte imposed nine months of preventive detention on a third party implicated in the fact in which they were three men beheaded in the Arenoso municipality, last March.

The file of the Public Ministry It details that the bodies of the three men were discovered in a state of decomposition, abandoned in sacks, dismembered and, in one case, also with amputation of the forearms.
The corpses were found separately, one on March 28, on the banks of the Yuna River, in the Arenoso municipality; the second on March 30 in the surroundings of the Arenosito river in the same municipality, and the third, the following day on the Cruce de la Verde-Majaguay highway, on the Yuna river, Villa Rivas municipality.
The investigation conducted by the Public Ministry and the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Dicrim) made it possible to determine that the incident occurred at a so-called drug point located in the La Verde section.
Due to their connection to the case, last September the court sent the defendants Yonathan Rafael Ventura Toribio and Oneibyn Castillo de la Rosa to prison for eight months.
The Public Ministry established that together with other fugitives, the defendants dismembered and beheaded the three men, who had just arrived in the area. According to preliminary results of the investigations, the incident occurred due to account adjustments.
