The first of the speakers was the head of Investigations of the General Directorate of International Police, C/J Richard Belmonte, who presented a guide on the notifications and procedures applied by this office.
For his part, the 75th Full National Provisional Prosecutor Specialized in International Criminal Cooperation of the Public Ministry, Attorney. Jesús Sánchez, highlighted the legal aspects to consider in the case of detainees with a red alert.
