This Tuesday, the sectoral vice president of Social and Territorial Socialism, Mervin Maldonadoinstalled the national pre-congress on youth public policies, Miranda chapter, heading towards the preparations for the new Venezuela Youth Mission, that the president instructed Nicolas Maduro Moros.
The also Minister of People’s Power for Youth and Sports, reported that, throughout the country, young people are discussing, in their respective regional chapters, all the issues that will be brought to the Youth Congress, which will give birth to the new Great Mission Venezuela Youth.
“Since 2021, we entered this stage of renaissance. The president has told us that all public policies that support Venezuelan youth more efficiently be reborn, and therefore, the creation of this new Mission that groups, articulates, coordinates all the actions that already exist but, above all, those that are yet to be born,” said Maldonado, accompanied by the mayor of Los Teques, Farith Frajafrom the Guaicaipuro municipality of the Mirandina entity.
He recalled that, on Youth Day, on February 12, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, convened the Youth Congress, which will be installed on March 11 and 12 in Caracas, to initiate the change to the New Era of Transition to Socialism.
Maldonado urged to recognize that Venezuelans, especially the youngest, have staged a stage of resistance, product of the illegal blockade and brutal economic persecution from 2013 to 2021, years during which the national income was reduced to 99%
He indicated that, now, in the work tables of these pre-congresses, in their regional chapters, as the first phase of the Youth Congress, topics such as basic, secondary and university education, technical and professional training, productive work , entrepreneurship and the recovery of the economy.
