A multidisciplinary team from the Municipal Delegation of Cicpc Guanare (Portuguesa) managed to capture Alexis Algomeda Ramos (21), for the homicide of Yetzimar Carolina Piñero Valladares (18), who had been reported as missing last Wednesday, August 6. The suspect was arrested while trying to flee on a motorcycle, the Cicpc reported.
