This provision was given due to the fact that the informal vendors of the Cajamarca jirón occupy the public roads, preventing the correct transitability of pedestrians and vehicles.
During the dialogue table, the representatives of the informal trade were aware of the great vehicular chaos that occurs during rush hours in the Cajamarca district due to the informal occupation of public roads. That is why, with the sole purpose of correcting trafficability and also the formalization of outpatient commerce, an agreement was reached to present work plans for the recovery of roads.
