They found two bodies inside a car at the Las Lomitas dam in Salta

A man and a woman were found dead this Wednesday inside a car at the Las Lomitas damin the Salta town of Campo Quijano, and the circumstances of the deaths are being investigated.

Sources from the Public Ministry of Salta reported that Criminal Prosecutor 2 of the Unit for Serious Attacks against Persons, Verónica Simesen de Bielke, spoke this Wednesday before the discovery of the bodies of a man and a woman in the town of Campo Quijano, located 30 kilometers from the capital of Salta.

The official moved to the place after the report of the presence of a black Chevrolet brand car in the vicinity of the Las Lomitas dam, inside which there were two presumably lifeless people.

Once at the site, Simesen de Bielke verified the find and gave the necessary instructions, while Criminalistics personnel from the Fiscal Investigation Corps (CIF) and the Investigation Unit initiated the corresponding expertise.

The bodies were transferred to the CIF Forensic Thanatology Service, where the autopsy will be carried out to determine the date and cause of death, in addition to achieving its effective identification.

The spokesmen indicated that, given some evidence collected at the scene, The prosecutor works on the hypothesis that one of the deceased is an adult man, reported missing on Monday, February 13.
