Batista Coletta was driving his parents’ vehicle, last Monday, when he allegedly lost control falling into the drainage channel, whose flow was high as a result of heavy rains in the entity.
Inhabitants of the sector, who immediately approached the scene of the accident, commented that they only managed to see the vehicle at the site without a trace of Daniel, so they proceeded to ask for help from the nearest security agencies.

The officials managed to find the whereabouts of Batista Coletta more than 250 meters from the scene of the accident, so one of the hypotheses is that the victim managed to get out of the vehicle but could not fight against the strong current of the canal, causing his death.
