Residents of the Paccha sector, in the district of El Tambo (Huancayo), were dismayed after the discovery of subversive pints on the walls of an educational institution of primary level.
Phrases like “Death to the delinquents of the people” and “Long live Chairman Gonzalo!” they were written with red paint on the walls of the Educational Institution of Sciences and Humanities “Mártires 27 de Febrero” campus.

A group of police officers from the Huancayo Counter-Terrorism Division arrived at the scene and verified the residents’ complaint. Similarly, there is a presence of intelligence agents in the area.
The place has been cordoned off until the arrival of another police group to erase the graffiti alluding to the PCP (Peruvian Communist Party).
The findings come days after the truce between the Peruvian Government and the farmers and transporters of Huancayo.
