They find in Huancavelica stolen car during armed robbery

Inside a private garage located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood, they found a vehicle unit reported as armed robbery.

The SEPROVE troops were executing their operations plan called “Grasshoppers and impact 2023”, where they intervened the vehicle with license plate BFR – 017, Mazda brand, blue color, CX-3 model, which was parked.

During the investigation process, the SEPROVE experts corroborated that the identification codes of the unit are non-original recordings for the aforementioned vehicle brand.

The found unit was taken to the mentioned vehicle unit in order to continue with the investigation process, where they managed to restore the original identification codes, confirming that the original license plate is AXR – 275.

This is how they confirmed that they had impersonated the real identity of the unit, that is, it was cloned.

With the original plate, they confirmed that said unit had been reported missing after an assault and armed robbery during an assault on September 13, 2022 in the Cartagena jirón, in the Pueblo Libre district, in the city of Lima.

The case was referred to the Huancavelica Second Corporate Criminal Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in order to continue with the proceedings and investigations of the case.
