A lifeless neonate (newborn) was found yesterday morning, Wednesday, September 7, in the Mar Azul neighborhood in the district of Puerto Caimito, in La Chorrera, West Panama province.
This discovery was made by the units of the second region of the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN), who indicated that they received a telephone call to the Communication Center of La Chorrera.
