They file a complaint against the head of INCOOP for the production of inauthentic documents

The lawyer Juan Sánchez went this morning to the headquarters of the Prosecutor’s Office to present the complaint against Pedro Loblein.

As he explained to the channel GEN/Nación Media, in the intervention report they used the name of José Mauricio Ozorio Admen, son of the former president of the San Cristóbal Cooperative, attributing to him a loan of more than G. 700 million that was never granted. “This credit has never existed.”

He even mentioned that his client managed to participate in the last assembly of the cooperative held a few weeks ago, for which it is necessary to be up to date with his obligations, including contributions and credits.

“If the report of the intervening commission were true, José Mauricio Ozorio should not have participated,” he added.

In the same sense, the legal professional questioned the lack of evidence in the report that was transferred to the authorities of the intervened cooperative.

Sánchez hopes that Pedro Loblein will be summoned to an investigative statement and that he can withdraw from any investigation linked to the San Cristóbal Cooperative, as well as the entire intervening commission.
