This Thursday, the Minister of Government, Eduardo Del Castillo, reported on the dismantling of the criminal organization ‘Los Rivereños’, which He was dedicated to carrying out robberies in the municipality of El Torno. Its five members were sent to Palmasola.

The Bolivian Police registered four reports of theft that occurred in different places in El Torno. The investigations determined that the perpetrators of these crimes They were the members of this criminal association who operated by stealing valuables from various properties.

“Thanks to the work of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), people in the municipality of El Torno will be able to live much more peacefully, given that this criminal organization, which had been committing a series of robberies, has already been dismantled and we have arrived at the material truth of the facts“said the minister.

Conversations were found on the cell phones of those arrested in which detail the sale of valuables, that were stolen illegally.

The court determined the preventive detention of these five people, for a period of 180 days, in the Palmasola penitentiary center.
