A man was arrested accused of sexually abusing his 13 and 15-year-old daughters, whose acts he filmed and stored on flash drives, one of which was found by the mother of the minors, who made a copy and reported it to the Party Police Campana from Buenos Aires, informed police sources.
It all started last week when the 35-year-old woman checked the backpack of the father of her girls and found a flash drive in which she found images of how she abused her own 13-year-old daughter, for which she made a copy and made the complaint .
This is a 36-year-old man of Paraguayan nationality, identified as AG who He is motor disabled due to an accident he suffered years ago, and who is charged with the crimes of “seriously outrageous sexual abuse and sexual abuse with carnal access to a minor, both aggravated by the bond and by the pre-existing situation of coexistence; and production of child pornography”.
In the USB flash drive found by the woman, the investigators specified that several photographs and videos were observed where the man performed oral sex on her and touched the private parts of her two daughters.
With these items, Prosecutor Irene Molinari, head of UFI No. 3 of the Campana judicial department, requested a restraining order from the accused for his family, who moved to a friend’s house, and a preventive patrol.
On Wednesday, after the report of the local service and with other elements found in operations carried out in the home of the defendant’s parents, the Federal Police carried out an operation and arrested him at the intersection of Lavardén and Iriarte Avenue in the City of Buenos Aires, in the area known as Villa Zabaleta, where there is a cell phone repair shop.
Now, the defendant is staying at the DDI headquarters in Campana, waiting for a place to be transferred to a prison of the Buenos Aires prison service, where he will be detained until the oral trial.
