In the 2021 audit of the Microcredit Program for Welfare, of the Welfare Secretariat (SB), the Superior Audit Office of the Federation (ASF) identified deficiencies in the beneficiary selection process, particularly in the Consolidation Modality -which Its purpose is to provide economic support to people who have a non-agricultural micro-business, since 110 thousand 286 individuals evaluated as appropriate for having met the requirements and eligibility criteria were not considered within the target population.

The ASF warned that of the total of 327,230 beneficiaries of the program who were granted support in the 2021 financial year – ranging from 6,000 to 20,000 pesos -, in 245 it was not proven that they were selected based on the rules of operation, such as being at least 30 years old at the time of verifying the requirements, and stating that they have a microbusiness with more than six months of operation, whose activity is not agricultural.
On the other hand, in the control of the financial management of the contracts related to Information and Communication Technologies of the SB, the ASF indicated that it detected that in the databases of the platforms for the registration of vaccine candidates and those vaccinated There are records that present errors in CURP, incorrect ages, lack of names to identify individuals, application dates outside the established periods.
Nor have measures been adopted to ensure that the information complies with the characteristics of accuracy and consistency
so that its veracity is not altered.
