Despite these arguments, the president of the Justice Commission, Javier Corral, insisted that it is very important that a modification like that has a consultation mechanism, and that the process of ruling can make expert opinions.

He pointed out that the presidents of the three ruling commissions are looking for an agreement for the relief of the proposal in which there is consultation or open parliament. It will also be dialogue with the Jucopo to try to reach a consensus.

He added that some reform issues are very sensitive, so he considered that it is necessary to refresh the debate.

Among them, he referred to the figure of the “legitimate interest” since it can fall into the risk of restricting the groups access to justice, or limiting the effective protection of diffuse rights, as is the case with those of environmental matters.

Prior to the Senate session, López Hernández stressed that there will be no open parliament because “we cannot be allowing us to eat us.”

The Coordinator of the Guinda party also stated that the amparo trial is one of the symbols of this country, and the initiative “is perfectly condensed and adapted to the new times of the judicial system.”

Laura Itzel Castillo stressed that the presidential proposal contemplates that this appeal is not overlined, that the payment of taxes is fulfilled and that the process is expedited.

Meanwhile, Ricardo Anaya considered “very serious” that they want to steame It is done.

For his part, the Citizen Movement Coordinator, Clemente Castañeda, ratified his support for said exercise because the document, as it is, is still a setback in the protection of certain rights and in access to the amparo trial.

“It is very important to listen to different opinions. To specialists, law bars or the Judiciary, to analyze how this initiative can be improved,” he said, after urging Morena to rectify and open space for wide discussion.
