The Judiciary has imposed 18 months of preventive detention on Vladimir Cerrón, a fugitive from justice for more than a year, in the midst of the investigations being carried out against him for aggravated collusion in the framework of the Antalsis Case.
Cerrón is investigated by the Public Ministry for allegedly being a member of a criminal organization led by the investigated Martín Belaunde Lossio, with whom he would have defrauded the State of more than 26 million soles.
This would have been carried out through alleged irregular contracts for public works that were carried out during the period that he served as regional governor of Junín between 2011 and 2014, under an inter-institutional agreement with the company SIMA, which in turn subcontracted the private company Antalsis.
“The Seventh National Preparatory Investigation Court imposes 18 months of preventive detention against Vladimir Roy Cerrón Rojas for the crime of aggravated collusion, a measure that will be computed when he is located and detained,” the Judiciary communicated through its social networks.
