The National Policein coordination with the Public Ministry of the province of La Altagracia, reported this Wednesday on the significant progress in the investigation of the case of disappearance of Robin Gabriel de la Rosa Parra31 years old, reported missing since last October 12 in the Bávaro–Punta Cana municipality.
De la Rosa Parra, a native of the Maimón municipal district, in Puerto Plata, had traveled to Bavaro for work reasons, after supposedly being hired by a hotel. However, shortly after arriving, he disappeared without a trace.
According to the parents of the missingRamón de la Rosa Ventura and Gabriela Altagracia Parra de Heredia, the last communication with their son was a text message sent from his phone, in which he warned about a possible detention and mentioned two individuals known as “Pilón” and “Marcos” as allegedly responsible for his disappearance.
According to the Police, the investigation has made important progress, with three people arrestedseveral wanted fugitives and evidence of blood found in his vehicle and residence.
The authorities reported that the detained are: Starlin Javier Luciano de Jesús, Luis Gabriel Martínez Cabralalias “El Menor” or “El R” and a 17-year-old teenager, initials LJS, alias “Lulú.”

Meanwhile, arrest warrants remain active against several fugitives, including José Enriquez St. Germánalias “Pilón”, Marco, alias “El Haitiano”, Thomas de la Rosa de la Rosa, alias “Barami” or “El Patrón”, and five other individuals linked to the case.
During the raids At the residence of the missing person, the authorities collected biological remainsfingerprints and blood stainswhich were transferred to Scientific Police Laboratory for expert analysis.

Furthermore, in Santo Domingo Oeste the Honda CR-V Jeep of the victim, license plate G-654264, where they were found blood stains in the passenger seat, the rear and the trunk, evidence that is now the subject of comparative genetic studies to clarify the circumstances of the disappearance.
Research techniques
The search has involved: Simultaneous operations in La Altagracia and Santo Domingo, canine units (K9) specialized in detecting human remains, daerial reconnaissance rums yrtelephone monitoring and signal triangulation analysis.
