Five establishments stationed on the two parade routes in Panama City, which were detected without proper permission, will be sanctioned by the Metropolitan Health Region, after being detected through 37 inspections of food outlets.
According to the Ministry of Health, this Thursday, November 3, they carried out two medical attentions for dehydration.
Due to non-compliance with sanitary regulations and for not having permits, the offenders were immediately sanctioned, for a total amount of 220 balboas.
The health authorities reiterate to the merchants to comply with the health regulations and the permits to avoid sanctions; Likewise, the general public is reminded that they are the first safety ring and thus avoid food poisoning.
It is also important that the population maintain self-care measures such as hydration with water, use of sunscreen, loose and comfortable clothing, avoid excessive alcohol consumption and use the designated driver.
