The official acts of the month of the Homeland, which will begin this November 2, will be headed by the President of the Republic Laurentino Cortizo Cohen, together with the Vice President and Minister of the Presidency José Gabriel Carrizo Jaén, the festivities will end on November 28.
On November 2, the traditional pilgrimage will be held at the Amador Cemetery in El Chorrillo, where President Cortizo Cohen and state ministers will place floral offerings at the mausoleums of Dr. Manuel Amador Guerrero (First President of the Republic of Panama) and that of the Soldiers of Independence. The background speaker for these events will be Eloy Alfaro, former Ambassador of Panama in Washington, DC, and Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to the White House.
In commemoration of the 119th anniversary of the separation of Panama from Colombia, on November 3 the targets will be held in the Presidential Palace from 5 AM Later, the Panamanian flag will be hoisted and then, the Chief Executive will deliver the national flag boxer Atheyna Bylon, the November 3 flag bearer.

After the Tedeum, the Ministers of State will attend the solemn session of the Municipal Council of Panama and at 9:30 AM President Cortizo Cohen and Vice President Carrizo Jaén will go to Calle 50 and Avenida Balboa, respectively, to witness the national parades.
On November 4, the day of national symbols, the events begin at 7 AM with the raising of the flag at the Presidential Palace by President Cortizo Cohen; then the Association of Girl Guides of Panama will take the oath to the flag and then the chief executive will deliver the National Pavilion to the flag bearer Santana Trujillo Visuete, recognized as the Best Producer of Family Farming.
On Saturday, November 5, President Cortizo Cohen will travel to the province of Colón together with the Ministers of State, to participate in the acts that begin with the raising of the flag at the entrance of the city (Mausoleum area) from the 7 AM, followed by the inauguration of the new administration building of the Colon Free Zone, will attend the solemn session of the Municipal Council of Colon and then attend the patriotic parades.
Meanwhile, on November 10, the ruler Cortizo Cohen will participate in the celebration of the first cry of independence from Spain in Villa de Los Santos. The acts begin with the hoisting of the National Pavilion in the Rufina Alfaro park and the placement of a floral offering on the bust of freedom.
Next, the ruler Cortizo Cohen will make the traditional walk along Avenida 10 de Noviembre to Simón Bolívar Park, where the flag will be raised and the National Pavilion will be delivered to the typical artist Jonathan Chávez, standard bearer of the festivities of the first cry of independence from Spain. in the Villa de Los Santos.
In the Municipal Palace of Los Santos, commemorative pins will be delivered to the 201 years of the first cry of independence of Panama from Spain to President Cortizo Cohen and his wife Yazmín Colón de Cortizo, as well as to the Vice President of the Republic Carrizo Jaén and his wife Julieta Spiegel de Carrizo.
Immediately afterwards, President Cortizo Cohen will be participating in the traditional Tedeum at the San Atanasio Church in Villa de Los Santos, in the solemn session of the Municipal Council of Los Santos and will place floral offerings on the busts of the hero José Vallarino and the Liberator Simón Bolívar. . On November 27, to celebrate the 201st independence of Panama from Spain, President Cortizo Cohen will be in the district of La Chorrera, where the traditional official acts of raising the flag will be held at the Municipal Palace, delivery of the national flag to the former boxer Roberto Durán (standard bearer of the day), the singing of the national anthem, the solemn session of the Municipal Council and the patriotic parades.
