Two camps used by criminal groups were located and destroyed in Aragua and Miranda, according to military sources.
One of the structures was located in the El Guayabal sector, Villa de Cura (Aragua). That camp belonged to the Wilmer Guayabal gang dedicated to theft, scams through the Marketplace online sales page and collection of vaccines.
Members of the Bolivarian National Guard went to the site and the subjects fled, leaving behind 22 7.62X39mm cartridges for rifles, a Light Automatic Rifle butt and a radio transmitter, the source said.
The other camp was in the El Manguito sector, Andrés Bello municipality (San José de Barlovento), Miranda, where the El Delirio gang operates, an expert in placing false sales tax to commit robberies.
