First control judge, adolescent’s criminal responsibility section, issued a deprivation of liberty for crimes intentional homicide qualified by poisoning, in degree of frustration and agavilization to the three teenagers arrested in Barinas linked to the case of massive poisoning.
During the presentation hearing, on Saturday night, the evidence presented by the Eighth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry was evaluated from the Criminal Judicial Circuit and issued the deprivation of liberty for their alleged responsibility in the incident occurred on Thursday, February 13 , which affected more than 30 people.
It was known that adolescents launched a white powder that caused both students and teachers and labor staff of the Liceo Colinas del Llano in Varyná City of the Barinas municipality, presented symptoms such as: fainting, seizures, vomiting, breathing problems, dizziness.
It was chaotic and desperate
Aurora Téllez, mother of a young woman who was a victim, narrated the despair and fear she lived with her daughter due to her state of health, product of the inhalation of that substance.
“It is desperate to see a son in that way, inside the ambulance he was chaotic he could not breathe, he felt a lot of pain, his eyes were very red and when they arrived at the hospital they had to place oxygen,” he said.
From the Municipal Council of Barinas, legal regulations are expected to regulate chemical sales and substances to minors, as well as criminal responsibility for adolescents.
