At the request of the Public Ministry, Luis Albero García (63) was deprived, for his alleged responsibility in the sexual abuse of a 12 -year -old teenager, which occurred on September 9 in the Los Próceres sector of the Barinas municipality, Barinas state.
That day, the boy told his mother that the aggressor, who was a family friend, had sexually abused him twice within his home, when he left him in charge and while she was traveling, he reviewed a press release from the public body.
Given such a confession, the woman filed the respective complaint with regional police officers, who arrested the man in his residence and put him to the order of the Public Ministry.
At the presentation hearing, representatives of the Ninth Prosecutor’s Office of that jurisdiction charged man for the crime of sexual abuse of child with penetration, provided for in the Law on Protection for Children and Adolescents.
Once the elements of conviction exposed by the fiscal representation, the 1st Barinas Control Court issued the measure of deprivation of liberty against Garcia, who is held in the headquarters of the Regional Police in that entity.
