A man was arrested in Caracas by make a doctor surgeon using false documentation as support.
This Sunday, August 31, The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on this case.
Through Instagram, Saab explained that the subject responds to the name of Eduard Graterol.
In this sense, The Public Ministry (MP) charged the subject for the crimes of continued use of a false public document and continued fraud. Subsequently, the deprivation of liberty against Graterol was ordered.
False surgeon in Caracas
The accused simulated being a surgeon to cheat citizens who required such medical services.
Apparently, Graterol made sales of lower extremities prostheses and, after receiving the money, did not deliver the merchandise. The subject used this method to deceive several people.
“This subject was passed through a surgeon, offering the sale of lower limb prostheses. After receiving the money he did not comply with the agreed, thus cheating multiple victims, causing them serious patrimonial damage,” Saab said.
