The Public Ministry informed about the deprivation of liberty against Manuel Jesús Dávila Sánchez (24), for his alleged responsibility in the kidnapping and sexual abuse of his partner (23) and his 4 -year -old stepdaughter. The incident occurred on September 21 in the Altos del Sol Amada neighborhood of the Francisco Eugenio Bustamante parish of the Maracaibo municipality, Zulia state.
That day, neighbors denounced by telephone for the service Ven911 shouts of assistance and blows in the house of both for several days, the public body reviewed in a press release.
Given the circumstances, a regional police commission was formed that went to the residence, where they were attended by Dávila Sánchez, who with an aggressive attitude denied the situation.
During the police presence, the woman left one of the rooms in the house asking for help with her daughter in her arms, when she told the officials that the aggressor kept them kidnapped for a month, time when she hit them and abused them sexually, while threatening them with death with a knife and shaving leaflets.
Subsequently, the man was arrested immediately instead and placed at the order of the Public Ministry.
At the presentation hearing, representatives of the 51st Prosecutor’s Office of that jurisdiction imputed man for the crimes of aggravated and continuous sexual violence, illegitimate deprivation of liberty, sexual act with especially vulnerable victim and cruel treatment.
Once the elements of conviction exposed by the fiscal representation, the 3rd Zulia Control Court issued the measure of deprivation of liberty against Dávila Sánchez, who is held in the headquarters of the Regional Police in that entity, once evaluated.
