“The Central Quarter was one of the most visited areas of the parish, here hundreds of people came daily, but traffic has decreased due to the poor condition of its roads. Anyone is at risk of falling on these streets, some of the commercial establishments have also closed because very few people visit their premises, “said Álvarez.

Álvarez explained that with the arrival of the rains, the pavement has practically disappeared and in different parts of the sector it has been weakening in such a way that it can be seen how the streets have been covered with mud. He assures that despite the claims, to date, no government authority has appeared in the area to start paving plans that minimize the risk condition in which they live.
