According to Villegas, most of the directors of the Mayor’s Office have received calls that they are going to be searched to arrest them, which is why they remain under guard.
He also indicated that Maracaibo councilors are threatened with arrest warrants if they appear. “Everything seems to indicate that a plan is underway to declare that the mayor’s office is paralyzed and therefore must be intervened,” said Villegas.
