“César Apaza is not a criminal, he is for the sole fact of having been president of the Self-Defense Committee (of Adepcoca),” said the lawyer.
Cossío also questioned that no institution that is in charge of the defense of human rights would have gone to see the situation in which the cocalero is located, or to follow up on his situation after being hospitalized.
Apaza is in preventive detention for the acts of violence that occurred during the takeover of the Adepcoca parallel market, on September 8, 2022.
