According to the rules stipulated by the Ministry of Equality, this program is aimed at young people between 14 and 18 years old living in conditions of extreme poverty or have been victims of sexual exploitation, crime or armed conflicts and also prioritizes those who reside in territories affected by violence, providing them with tools to build a better future.
