The Secretary for Territorial Development, Luciano Scatolini, together with the President of the Ezeiza Deliberative Council, Dulce Granadoscompleted this Tuesday the delivery of more than 400 new homes of the Procrear II program in that part of Greater Buenos Aires.
The apartments are single-family and have up to 3 rooms, which will provide a housing solution for more than 400 families.
“It is very gratifying and one feels privileged to be able to participate in a government that recovered a program like Procrear,” Scatolini said.
Regarding this new delivery of houses, he emphasized that they are possible “thanks to the decision of the President of the Nation, Alberto Fernández, to recover the Procrear program,” said the official.
“This neighborhood is part of the history of Peronism’s public housing policies and, in addition, it synthesizes our perspective on what the role of the State should be in terms of recognition and expansion of rights,” added Scatolini.

In this case, the beneficiaries were part of the co-management agreement signed between the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat with the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), which aims to facilitate access to habitat for more workers.
