They deliver 100 apartments in “Mi Vivienda Hato Nuevo”

The President of the Republic, Luis Abinaderand the Minister of Housing and Buildings, carlos bonilladelivered the third stage of the project “My House Hato Nuevo”, made up of 100 new apartmentsthus completing a total of 600 units awarded in that town.

My House Hato Nuevo It is an urbanization that is being developed on more than 153 thousand square meters. The project will have a total of 1,232 units of apartments three and two bedrooms.

“With these housing projects we are not only benefiting families who now have their own roof, but we are also boosting the economy of the area and creating jobs. Here in Hato Nuevo we have generated more than 2,400 direct and indirect jobs with this project and this is how we continue to promote the progress of our country,” said Minister Bonilla, according to a press release.

With this project, there are already 600 Dominican families that are part of the project My House Hato Nuevo, which has a playground, basketball court, parking for vehicles and motors, large green areas, made up of more than 6,275 square meters. This includes an ecological trail that runs through the entire project and that will serve its residents for exercise and walks in the fresh air.

The Government has made an investment of 3,337.9 million pesos in this project, benefiting more than 4,400 people. This has also impacted the local economy through the generation of more than 2,400 direct and indirect jobs.

Hato Nuevo is part of the “Mi Vivienda” housing plan announced by the central government that stipulates the construction of more than 7,400 apartments distributed between Santiago and Santo Domingo.

In addition to the Hato Nuevo project in the city of Santo Domingo, the Ministry of Housing and Buildings is building housing projects in Ciudad Modelo and San Luis; while in the northern zone the La Barranquita and Los Salados projects are being executed.

During the delivery of the keys, the president and Minister Bonilla were accompanied by Julia Drullard, governor of the province of Santo Domingo; Antonio Taveras Guzmán, senator from Santo Domingo province; Andrés Vander Horst, manager of the Reservations Trust; among others.

Likewise, the 100 beneficiary families, members of the press, government collaborators, community members of the area and other authorities were present.
