Through resolution 58 published in the Official Gazette of the district, it was established that rural producers whose farms have suffered flooding “must submit the sworn statements within a maximum period of ten (10) days, from the date of publication of the this resolution”.
The measure reaches, exclusively, producers and producers “who carry out agricultural exploitation as their main activity.”
This will promote the benefit in favor of the detailed subjects declared in disaster with respect to the Rural Real Estate Tax, corresponding to the property destined to the development of the aforementioned main activity and in proportion to the percentage of the affectation of the agricultural exploitations reached.
“The measure promoted is based on the situation that rural farms are going through, due to adverse natural phenomena of an extraordinary nature, which are located in districts and sectors that, although they do not present a sufficiently dense affectation that justifies their inclusion in the figure of emergency and/or agricultural disaster, the magnitude of the damages suffered at the farm level determine its approval under the emergency and/or agricultural disaster regime on an individual basis,” the resolution states.
