During the early hours of this Sunday, the rescue alive of Navy corporal Luis Toledo, who had been kidnapped since Tuesday in Guayaquil, Ecuador, was confirmed.
The negotiating team – led by a member of the BIPE of the PDI – that was in the Province of Guayas made contact with the kidnappers and later managed to save Toledo alive and in good condition. One person was arrested on the spot.

Kidnapping
