Jordán Eliseo Villanueva Espinal, was sentenced to 35 years in prison, by the Transitional Preparatory Court of Satipo, after finding him guilty of the crime of rape against a child under 11 years.

The events occurred in December 2022 in the province of Satipo, when the victim was attacked by the sentenced. The complaint was filed by the relatives of the child after she received medical care in a health center, which allowed the prompt intervention of the National Police and the capture of the aggressor in San Martín de Pangoa.

In addition to the deprivation of liberty, the sentence imposes a civil reparation of S/ 2,500 in favor of the victim. Currently, Jordán Eliseo Villanueva Espinal fulfills his sentence in the Río Negro prison in Satipo.
