They come together for tourism in Samaná

The Association of Hotels and Tourist Companies of Samaná (Ahetsa) and the Samaná Tourism Cluster (CTS), met with the authorities of the province to follow up on the projects of the Comprehensive Tourism Development Plan for Samaná.

The meeting was headed by Juan Bancalari, president of the Association of Hotels and Tourist Companies of Samaná (Ahetsa) and Jesús Durán, president of the Samaná Tourism Cluster (CTS).

During his speech, Bancalari stressed the importance of continuing to work jointly between the public and private sectors, joining forces to achieve the execution of the works requested from the tourism cabinet, which are of great importance for the development of the province.

While Jesús Durán expressed that the intention is to have all the same approach, supporting the efforts that have already been carried out since the government central and the Ministry of Tourism in favor of our province and continue promoting the projects that are still in process. They were accompanied by several members of the boards of directors of both institutions.

The activity was attended by representatives of the public sector: Governor Tedora Mullix, Senator Pedro Catrain, Deputy Ramón Aníbal Olea, Mayor of the municipality of Las Terrenas, Eduardo Esteban; the mayor of the municipality of Santa Bárbara, Nelson Núñez; the mayor of the municipality of Sánchez, Inocencio de Jesús; the director of the municipal district of Las Galeras, Cecilio García; the director of the municipal district of Limón, Fernando Mercado; the director of the municipal district of Arroyo Barril, Luis Felipe Fermín and Danny Guzmán Hidalgo, representing Deputy Danny Guzmán.
