An Asian food restaurant in the Balboa area was temporarily closed for failing to comply with the sanitary regulations established in the country.
On the afternoon of this Wednesday, July 27, authorities from the Metropolitan Health Region went to the premises, where, according to Vielka Miranda, medical director of the Paraíso Health Center, they detected various anomalies, which is why the closure was ordered, which is temporary, since They will have one month to correct the sanitary deficiencies and have a new inspection done.
Among the deficiencies found in the restaurant are that it does not have a sanitary permit, it does not have an adequate cold chain, cross contamination, food on the floor, dirt in the food preparation area, sewage under the kitchen and other deficiencies, added the doctor.
The regional authorities reiterate to the population to monitor the places and foods they consume to avoid gastrointestinal diseases, to businessmen who go to health centers to carry out their health procedures and avoid being sanctioned.
