The fiscal Sylvia Lovesio charged the author of the murder of her partner in Parque Posadas with aggravated and very especially aggravated homicide.
Lovesio ordered as a precautionary measure that the author of the crime, who killed his partner in the presence of their children, be imprisoned for 180 days while the investigation continues.
The episode occurred around 11:30 p.m. last Saturday. The deceased woman, aged 44, fell from the eighth floor of a building.
When the police found out about the event, they went to the apartment where the couple lived. The agents asked him what had happened and the man replied that he had argued with the woman and that she had tripped over a mattress on the floor before falling through the window. The man was intoxicated and had injuries.
Prosecutor Rodrigo Morosoli, who together with Lovesio was investigating the case, ordered the arrest of the man. In addition, he contacted the Victims Unit to attend to the minors.
The children remain in the care of a relative while the man was subjected to a detention control this Sunday. Investigators conducted an autopsy and other skills at the scene that determined the man’s indictment.
