They caught two “mules” with 172 cocaine fingers

Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) stationed in alcabalas del Táchira, arrested two individuals from Colombia with 172 cocaine finger cots, according to military sources.

The men were caught during different procedures carried out in the Peracal and La Pedrera (Táchira) alcabalas.

After being detained, they were taken to a health center where they expelled the finger cots, which yielded a total weight of 2 kilos 215 grams, according to reports.

The authorities have detected that intra-organic drug traffickers represent a way to introduce narcotic substances into Venezuela by Colombian international drug cartels.

The Public Ministry was notified of both proceedings.
