The Cicpc captured two subjects accused of murdering and partially burning Wilmer Jeovany Vargas Solórzano, 18 years old.
This event occurred in Saque de Arena, Barinas state and for this reason José Enrique Páez Castillo (33) and Andrés Eloy Molina Pérez (39) are already detained. These two subjects were hired by Félix Eduardo Mayz Morales (38) to kill Wilmer and thus pay off a drug debt.
To lure Wilmer, José and Andrés called him up with the promise of using drugs. Upon arriving at the arranged site and already under the influence of drugs, the attackers suffocated Wilmer to death. The murderers cover the corpse with stones and branches.
Subsequently, the mastermind of the murder ordered the perpetrators of the crime to move the body to another place where it was partially cremated.
With the arrest of José and Andrés, the Cicpc agents locate the corpse to proceed to its full identification through a work of the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (Senamef).
Mayz Morales, the drug dealer who hired the hitmen, has yet to be arrested, as well as Nixor Alberto Pérez Peraza (54) in whose vehicle they transported the victim’s body the day they burned it, according to the Cicpc report.
