Through a report posted on his instagram account, the cicpc reported that the detainee was registered as Yilso Javier López (28). This subject is a friend of Bárbara Michelle Accardi Liccioni (19), niece of the intellectual author of the act and her boyfriend, Dervis José Padilla Hernández (30), both still to be arrested, indicated the cicpc.
