A man, known by the alias “Fulo”, was apprehended this Thursday, through the “Rapel” operation that took place in the district of Pedregal, capital city; and the district of Arraiján, Panamá Oeste.
The simultaneous search proceedings between the National Police and the Public Prosecutor’s Office made it possible to locate alias “Fulo” in the La Riviera sector, district of Pedregal, who is required for his alleged involvement in the crime of homicide to the detriment of Alfredo Anel Bal Acosta, 35 years old, who worked as a heavy equipment operator at Panama Ports. Event that occurred on July 4 in Versalles, district of Don Bosco.
The crime occurred a few meters from a police checkpoint in Versailles, Don Bosco, when the hit man, who was traveling on a motorcycle, intercepted his victim, took out a firearm and detonated him several times.
The man was helped by the police, but died at the JJ Vallarino Polyclinic, in Juan Díaz.
The victim had a criminal record.
