Officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations carried out the arrest of Ronny José Rodríguez Espinoza (40) in the El Carpintero neighborhood, La Montañita sector, Petare Parish, Sucre municipality, Miranda state, for committing homicide against his brother Robinson José Rodríguez Espinoza (48) on April 17, 2024 after holding an argument.
Through a report hung on their Instagram account, the scientific police reported that a strong discussion among the brothers passed on April 1, 2024, when they were consuming psychotropic substances.
The report says that the discussion became heated and a quarrel originated between them. Ronny drew a white weapon and caused a mortal wound to Robinson, who was taken to the Domingo Luciani hospital, where he died.
The subject was arrested and delivered to the Public Ministry for criminal processing, which includes the imputation and subsequent accusation.
