Police personnel from the High Complexity Crimes Investigation Division (Diviac) arrested Fernando Jhair Montalván Castillo (27) who presented a current indictment for the crime of illegal possession of firearms and was requested by the Second Unipersonal Criminal Court of Chiclayo.

The individual is investigated by the criminal network “Los Sanguinarios de Chiclayo” and fell when he was walking through the intersection of Los Andes avenue with Manco Inca street in the district of La Victoria.
This alleged criminal network is accused of perpetrating various criminal acts in the Lambayeque region under different modalities.
After being arrested, Jhair Montalván was transferred to the Judiciary’s prison to later be brought before a court that requested it.
