The Corporación Eléctrica Nacional SA (Corpoelec) held a special day of the Pica, Poda y Tala Plan in the areas of the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro highway, from La Paz to Caricuao, in order to maintain the proper functioning of the electrical service in the communities .
Corpoelec announced that 152 workers were deployed in various departments, 77 people from Vegetation Programming and Control, 60 people from the General Management of Distribution and 20 people from the General Management of Goods and Services.
The “Picking, Pruning and Logging Plan” was created with the purpose of carrying out maintenance to clear the vegetation near the medium voltage networks and to be able to guarantee the continuity of the electrical service to Venezuelan citizens.
