Two women and two men were captured after it was detected that they were carrying 2 amphetamine wrappers, weighing one kilo 160 grams, hidden inside two sausages, according to reports.
The procedure was carried out by members of the Cicpc and the Regional Anti-Drug Intelligence Unit No. 63 in the Fernando Girón Tovar sector, Atures municipality (Puerto Ayacucho), Amazonas.
The detainees are identified as Carlos Eduardo Lara Caicedo, José Guillermo Acevedo Caicedo, María Griselda Caicedo and Sandra Martínez Caicedo, who were traveling in a white Blazer 4 × 2 truck, license plate BAX12R.
These people were handed over to the Public Ministry.
