In Las Tejerías (Aragua) two alleged members of the criminal organization founded by Carlos Enrique Gómez Rodríguez, alias El Conejo, were captured, according to police sources.
The subjects were observed wandering through La Esperanza, via Curiepe, a wooded area of Las Tejerías, where they were captured, according to a report from the Directorate of Strategic and Tactical Actions (DAET) of the Bolivarian National Police.
One of the detainees is identified as Reinel Enrique Díaz Rojas (23), who escaped in November 2021 from the Immediate Attention Command (CAI), Cúcuta, Colombia.
The other captured was registered as Jesús Rafael Zerpa Rojas, 21 years old.
The subjects were carrying 100 7.62 caliber ammunition for rifles, an AK-103 rifle magazine, and a portable radio.
Aragua train. In another procedure, officials from Detachment 421 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) detained two members of the criminal organization Tren de Aragua, according to military reports.
The arrest of the subjects occurred in the La Represa sector, Ezequiel Zamora municipality (Villa de Cura), Aragua state. They were registered as Mauro Hernández Hernández, Wilfredo José Pérez Muñoz and Julio Cesar Alecio Norber.
These people seized 24 .30-30 caliber cartridges, two radio transmitters and an Empire motorcycle without a license plate.
