The Panamanian National Police reported this Friday morning on the capture of one of the most wanted for the crime against collective security, gang modality, in the El Diamante sector, San Miguelito district.

This is Andy Anthony Córdoba, who is also linked to an attempted robbery that occurred in the border area, an event in which a unit of the National Border Service (Senafront) was injured.

“Today in a raid diligence, in conjunction with the staff of the Police Investigation Directorate (DIP), a raid was carried out in the El Diamante sector in Mano de Piedra, and this subject was captured. who is involved in gang activity, in a gang known as Los Terroristas; he was captured and preparations had already been made, but they had not been located,” said Commissioner Mario Castillo.

The commissioner added that the subject was kept in another residence at the time of his arrest, but the intelligence work they had done allowed his location.

Castillo pointed out that in the district of San Miguelito there was an increase of 150 police units to maintain security in the sector.
