Officials of the Colombian National Police arrested a 38-year-old woman, known by the alias “Tatiana”, who had stolen a one-month-old baby from a 29-year-old Venezuelan citizen in Cúcuta and then abandoned it in the city of Cucuta. Bucaramanga.
“Alias Tatiana, using her profession as a nanny, and once she has gained her mother’s trust, she proceeds to kidnap him, transferring him from Bucaramanga to the city of Cúcuta. Alias ”Tatiana” committed the crime on August 29 and the Colombian authorities had been tracking her since then, thanks to the security cameras that allowed her to follow up from Cúcuta, when the woman took a taxi to another municipality in the department. Due to the police pressure of which the lady was preyed by Colombian officials, she walked between Cúcuta, the municipalities of Aguachica and San Martín, in the department of Cesar, to later be arrested in the Altos de Betania neighborhood.
